The integration of Knox Textiles into our company brings together two incredible independent family-owned teams, expanding our capabilities and strengthening our footprint in the market. Knox Textiles is located in Edgerton, Ohio, they have been providing clothing rental services and janitorial products to Ohio, Northeast Indiana and Southern Michigan since 1936.
With this acquisition, we aim to capitalize on the unique strengths of both companies, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. We are excited about the opportunities this union presents and the potential for future success that lies ahead. In order to create a seamless customer experience during this transition, we have brought on 2 Knox employees and will be providing their customers the same services/ rental programs that they received while being a Knox Textiles customer.
