Here at City we’ve had the pleasure of having Dawn be an employee for many years, experiencing different positions within the company. When she first joined the city team it was at City Dry Cleaning in December of 2007. She worked in Customer Service at the front counter greeting guests and then went on to working in Production on the shirt unit. Dawn later started training and then becoming a full time Route Representative for City Dry Cleaning. She then took part in a leadership program and went back to working in Production and Customer Services when Covid-19 happened. The company decided to close City Dry Cleaning April 2021.
Don’t worry Dawn’s story doesn’t stop there. We knew how great of an employee she was for our Dry Cleaning; so she was transferred over City Uniforms & Linen to train as an Account Specialist along with Customer Relationship Management. Having that position for only a couple weeks she later earned an Accounts Receivable position. Dawn has learned and experienced so much during her time and the story just keeps continuing. Outside of working at City Dawn likes spending time with her kids and grandkids as well as go hunting. We asked what her favorite thing about City is and she said “I love the atmosphere of the people. everyone is so nice”. Being a locally operated family owned business we pride ourselves in creating relationships with all of our employees.
